Darcy Keenan on Dealing with Food Cravings

Sugar cravings are just one example of food sensitivities that can have a huge impact on us.

Sugar is a drug much like any other, it changes our mood and our energy level, not always for the better.

I am sure you can think of many different cravings or uncomfortable feelings that work the same way.

One modality that I have found to be effective in dealing with this is, Emotional Freedom Technique. While this is fairly easily to learn, it is best to work with a person well versed in the technique.

With practice, it tends to reduce those uncomfortable feelings or cravings to a manageable level. Allowing you to gain more control over that which you had wanted to consume.
